Healthcare TechnologyLeadership ExperienceWhile serving as Lead Technical Delivery Consultant with TMG Global, Nigel Johnson supported large-scale healthcare network modernization — replacing legacy Cisco switches with Catalyst 9300 platforms across MDF and IDF environments in active clinical facilities.
Healthcare TechnologyLeadership ExperienceHundreds of wireless access points installed and replaced across occupied healthcare facilities, executed with minimal disruption to clinical operations and verified before hand-off to network engineering.
IT InfrastructureLeadership ExperienceDeployment and replacement of rack-mounted UPS units supporting network closets across healthcare campuses, including readiness checks, cabling and power validation, and removal of legacy equipment.
Healthcare TechnologyLeadership ExperienceDivine Sourcing co-founder Nigel Johnson contributed to healthcare infrastructure deployment efforts while serving as Lead Technical Delivery Consultant with TMG Global. His role included hands-on network deployment, field leadership, equipment installation, validation, documentation, and coordination within active healthcare environments. Overall program scale was delivered by TMG Global; his personal contribution included oversight of more than 400 Cisco Catalyst switch deployments and field teams of roughly 5–15 technicians.
