Kanisha Johnson's experience within federal and business operations helped introduce the possibilities of government contracting and entrepreneurship, while Nigel Johnson brought years of technical operations, project delivery, field leadership, and military experience to the execution side of that vision.

What began as an idea between a husband and wife has developed into a veteran-owned company focused on providing dependable solutions to government and commercial customers. Today, Nigel and Kanisha combine their respective strengths in technology, operations, finance, compliance, administration, and customer service to build Divine Sourcing for long-term impact.

As a Lead Technical Delivery Consultant with TMG Global, he led multi-site network, wireless, and power modernization work in active healthcare and enterprise environments — coordinating field teams, validating installations, and owning documentation and customer communication end to end.
